“I have a 4 year old top load Samsung I'm replacing. It has issues with sweater loads in the winter, and takes forever to balance the spin cycle. Sometimes I have to open it and maneuver things myself. Does this do better with heavy loads keeping balance?”

My last washer was a LG top load and was complete total crap as far as going unbalanced all the time. Would even give be unbalanced with nothing but water in it. Plus, the "CLEAN" cycle lost it's memory of what to do. We have had no problems with unbalance, or anything yet with this washer. Have had it over a month, so remains to be seen, but loving it so far.

Because of this, our newest washers are designed to stay balanced as much as possible. However, there are many external factors that can cause the washer to become unbalanced and unable to spin properly.
