“My unit was installed with a Samsung pedestal purchased from Best Buy. After install by Best Buy team, this washer is the noisiest spin and wash cycles I have ever heard. The unit is level. Need help figuring out why it's so noisy. (Load size has varied)”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's possible the shipping bolts may have not been removed. If not that, could be something in your wash load. If it's level and the noise is constant and the previous issues were addressed it could be a faulty washer am may need a warranty call
