There is a pinhole button on the back of the wireless hub and another under the soundbar. Press these and the lights will start to blink which means they're trying to talk to each other. Once the wireless hub turns blue, it means it's sync'd up. If it is blue and you still can't hear them, adjust the volume settings via the settings button on the speaker system remote, click till soundbar shows "rear" and then adjust the volume from there. Otherwise, you can also utilize the Samsung Smart Things app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Shel! Try pairing the Rear Speakers to your soundbar by following these steps: Turn off the soundbar using its remote or by pressing the Power button on the soundbar itself. Press either the VOL button or the Up button on your soundbar's remote. Hold down the button for 5-6 seconds until the “ID SET” message appears on your soundbar’s display. Note: Which button you need to press varies by model. Please read your soundbar's user manual for specific instructions. Turn the soundbar back on using its remote or by pressing the Power button on the soundbar itself. Some soundbar models will automatically power on after completing the "ID SET" steps. The LINK LED indicator will stop blinking and glow a solid blue when a connection is established between the soundbar and the wireless receiver.
