I’m having the same problem with that sound bar and a different brand tv. I called Samsung support and they said it’s defective.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would suggest visit the store and speak to the manager and explain that your product is not sync with tv. Did you pay for the set up of your system? A set up and install are two different things, I had the Geek Squad appointments to install and changed a tv Mount due to a custom wall unit I was having built. This was no fault to Best Buy but eventually I had the wall mount changed, mounted along with my new tv and Samsung speaker set up and install. The sales clerk and manager made sure to address my concerns and went above and beyond. Excellent Service
