Hi Gina, we contacted Samsung support who said this issue was an Amazon issue. We contacted Amazon and they said there’s no timeline on when this issue will be resolved. The support agent submitted a ticket to the engineering team. IF YOU NEED A PRODUCT WITH ALEXA, DO NOT BUY THIS ONE!
