“Why is best buy listing this as 3.1.2 channel when your website list it as a 5.1.2 channel? So can you tell me what it actually is? Yes you say it works with the Q series TV, but I'm also hearing its not working right with Q series TV”

Sorry for the misunderstanding of my question. I meant why does Samsung list it on there website as 5.1.2 channel and Best Buy list it as 3.1.2 channel?
