“How do I disable Alexa on the Q850t soundbar ? Waaayyy too many false positives. It’s annoying I’m im thinking about returning this Q850 because of this issue.”

You can mute the voice commands on your HW-Q850T Soundbar by pressing the microphone located on the top of your soundbar, or you can disable the Alexa Skill in the Alexa app, or disconnect your device in the SmartThings app. For further assistance, please contact us at 1-800-SAMSUNG. ^Gina

• I have no problems with Alexa and my Q850.....I would call the Geek Squad or visit a tech at a BB location before taking the unit back
