“Has anyone been able to update the firmware via SmartThings or using an adaptor cable and usb device? Also no luck with Alexa even though it is advertised "with Alexa" Frustrating purchase but it does sound amazing, might return if there is no support.”

• I too have had trouble getting Alexa to work and the rear speakers work sporadically. I have not tried a firmware update via the usb, but I believe you can do so using Smart Things. Additionally, it is difficult to get Q-Symphony to work but will try to contact Samsung support. I also considered returning but running out of time. Good luck. :)
