“I bought a LG streaming/blu-ray disc player and plugged into the sound bar via hdmi but the audio seems to be out of sync when I play a blu ray disc. Is there some latency problem or something i can do to get the audio properly synced to the picture? THX”

Hi Steph - We recommend connecting your Blu-ray player and HW-Q60T Soundbar directly to your TV via HDMI, rather than connecting the Blu-ray player to your soundbar. If the video on the TV and audio from the soundbar are still not synchronized, press the SOUND CONTROL button on the soundbar remote, until you see AUDIO SYNC on the display. You can then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons. If the issue persists, please contact us at 1-800-SAMSUNG. ^Gina
