We were having the same problem, until the entire washing machine stopped washing...it just cycles through some type of endless loop without actually starting. Best Buy Customer Service was useless. They just told me there is NO WARRANTY ON THIS ITEM. REALLY? That's a new one to me. It's being more challenging than I thought it would be to locate this information. The appliance is just 4 years old and its completely broken. If this is they type of service and quality Samsung and Best Buy are offering, we'll be spreading the word and shopping elsewhere. Very disappointed in both businesses.
