“The lid seems to be top heavy. Is there a feature that I am not aware of?? Or has anyone found a trick to keep the lid open without holding it. I'm hoping its not a design flaw because it is not easy getting clothes out when the lid does not stay open.”

• Hi Michelle, The lid needs to be fully tilted to the back to stay open, check page 60 on the user manual for reference. https://bit.ly/2x17GMd ^Joan

• I cut a wine cork in half and place it on the right hand side on the lid
