QuestionWhen I wash bed linens (sheets and duvet covers) the load takes almost 2 hours, i tried both on normal cycle and on bedding/waterproof. Is this normal? Is there anything that I can be doing differently to avoid this?

- Answer It is the same with my washer. I haven't found a way around the wash time either. Except use the quick wash.

- Answer It is available as a gas or electric dryer. You choose what you need. As far as delivery versus pickup, you'll need to check with your local store. Generally the online ordering states whether you can pick it up in store.

- Answer Yes, and it receives the UL (unbalanced load) code. I wash 3 times a day and do not pack my washer. Not the best quality.

- Answer Depress TEMP button thru all temps until light extinguishes, note all temp settings are dark but next to cool there is a temp that is very faint. COLD

QuestionWhy does the water never cover the clothes in the washer. I have it on Heavy Load with 2 sheets, 4 pillow cases and a thermal blanket and the water is only 4 1/2 inches and will not cover the articles in the machine.

QuestionWhats the best setting for getting coolant and hydraulic fluid off a pair of leather sneakers? Just threw em in the washer with some jeans, and other stuff to see if it does anything, and chose "deep clean" because of the way the setting advertises itself
