Q: Questioni see on the specs for this washer that the spin cycle max is 800 rpm , that is a lot lower than many other HE top loader washers I have looked at. does this cause the clothes to come out of washer more wet than a higher speed rpm spin cycle. thanks

Q: QuestionI received this washer yesterday and did two loads in it so far. The problem is when the cycle is done the items are still very wet. I even used the high spin cycle. Also tried the extra spin and they were still wet. Is this a problem with the washer?

Q: QuestionPrewash water appears to be delivered from the Hot water source. Can the Prewash water temperature be changed to cold? for us, hot water defeats the purpose of hand washing delicates in the built-in sink which was the main reason be bought this washer

Q: QuestionFor the Rinse Spin cycle, there appears to be no water temperature selection. When we use it, the water being delivered gets very hot. We want it to be cold. In the Cycle chart on page 63 of the User Manual, the temperature section is blank.
