A:AnswerGreat question! The washer has many different cycles to choose from to allow a wide range of load types. This link (https://bit.ly/2UfzmG3) has some information about capacity in the washer. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi there,
I can help with that. The drum will move from side to side. You always want to ensure you are starting with an evenly balanced load. See details below:

A:AnswerHi there,
We are glad you are interested in our Samsung top-of-the-line washing machine. We are happy to receive your question if how much water the washer consumes. This washer is highly efficient (HE) and uses significantly less water than previous generations while keeping your clothes clean. This kind of washer senses the weight of your load to determine how much water to deliver. Recalibrating the weight detection ensures that the right amount of water is being used.
I highly recommend clicking this link for a basic troubleshooting guide to resolve any inconveniences:

A:AnswerGoogle is your friend. Try there first. The rest is just opinion and preference.
I just bought the top loader from using a front loader for the past 10 years.
Front loaders make your clothes stink if you leave wet/washed clothes in the machine longer than 1 day, especially in the summer.
The front loader doesn't drain the dirty water out fully. The pump is in the bottom right hand corner and the drain tube is at the top in the rear.
The next load washes with that same water that didn't get fully flushed out from the last load. If its been 3 days, that's not good.
I like to do whites on the last load so that will help with the smell.
They do use less water than a top loader.
I like that the top loader washes clothes in the water, where as a front load just gets the clothes very wet and rolls the clothes forward and back.
Front load washers are heavier than top loaders. Not a problem until you have to move one.
A:AnswerThe Built-in sink feature for stain removal and pre-washing needs. Scrub and soak with the help of the water jet, and when you are ready to wash, simply lift the sink to let items fall into the washer. Thank you for being a Samsung customer! ^Lena
