QuestionCan kindly someone explain how this is possible and how it can be fixed? Purchased 5/16/2020 broken 7/7/2020... Samsung says my warranty expired in 4/2020 but the washer wasn't purchased until 5/2020, they wants hundreds to even come look at it.

QuestionShouldn't the lid seal tight when closed? My unit was delivered Friday and I can smell the detergent from down the hall during a wash cycle as the lid does not seal tight. Further, there is moisture escaping and lid edges are wet during wash.

QuestionAre ''top-loading'' washing machines better than ''front-loading'' washing machines? What are the pros and cons of each?

- Answer Google is your friend. Try there first. The rest is just opinion and preference. I just bought the top loader from using a front loader for the past 10 years. Front loaders make your clothes stink if you leave wet/washed clothes in the machine longer than 1 day, especially in the summer. The front loader doesn't drain the dirty water out fully. The pump is in the bottom right hand corner and the drain tube is at the top in the rear. The next load washes with that same water that didn't get fully flushed out from the last load. If its been 3 days, that's not good. I like to do whites on the last load so that will help with the smell. They do use less water than a top loader. I like that the top loader washes clothes in the water, where as a front load just gets the clothes very wet and rolls the clothes forward and back. Front load washers are heavier than top loaders. Not a problem until you have to move one.
