Greetings! No, HE can't be turned off or turned on (enabled/disabled) on this Samsung washing machine model; however, you may add additional water by pressing the Active Water jet button. It is recommended to use HE detergent only to get the best cleaning results with this washing machine model. You may run a calibration on this washing machine model for accurate weight detection by the washer.
