QuestionHow can we only dispense COLD water? Ours does not dispense COLD water at all even if we change the setting on the display panel We chose normal level and water barely covers all our clothes (even with 1/4 of the load - 15-20 clothes)

- Answer The Samsung washer uses weight to determine how much water is in the tub. The samsung website says if it doesn't fill with enough water you may need to re-calibrate it's notion of how much the tub weighs. 1) Remove everything from your washer. 2) Simultaneously press and hold Temp. and Delay End for 3 seconds until Cb appears on the display. 3) Press Start/Pause. The tub will rotate back and forth for 1-3 minutes, display En, End, or 0, and then turn off. The washer is now calibrated.

QuestionDo the ivory match well in both washer and dryer? The store displays did not match. The washer was a true ivory but the dryer is much brighter, leaning towards white.

- Answer Greetings! No, HE can't be turned off or turned on (enabled/disabled) on this Samsung washing machine model; however, you may add additional water by pressing the Active Water jet button. It is recommended to use HE detergent only to get the best cleaning results with this washing machine model. You may run a calibration on this washing machine model for accurate weight detection by the washer. QuestionThe top plastic lid of my washer has a scratch in it from delivery. How can I remove the scratch?

If this is the case, you may remove this protective layer. However, if this protective layer had been removed and the scratch is on the lid the scratch won't be removed.
