• Just a little faster not by much . You have to learn how to set the right temps it's different then a regular oven.

• It heats extreamly well best part is you can choose size of burner to match your pot size. Love this range and the double/single I've feather is awesome for preparing both large and small oven cooked meals. If I had to replace a range today I would definitely purchase this Samsung range.
