The Flex Duo range feature offers use of the full oven, or split it into two separate smaller ovens to suit your needs. You can open the top oven by holding the handle and the lever or open the full oven. Thank you for choosing Samsung for your home! ^Lena
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well, if you read instructions, it says that touch the panel (next to knobs) and it will display your options. Have a look on the left upper corner which say: UPPER and LOWER. Touch the Upper light indicator and you will be able to choose your oven mode (bake, roast or broil) then put numbers on the right your desirable temperature and hit the Start. The Upper oven will start preheating. Then, on the left upper corner which say: UPPER and LOWER touch LOWER light indicator and repeat all process again and it will start preheating the lower Oven. So you have both ovens at the same time. Though, probably the UPPER oven will preheat more fast because it is smaller. Hope it will help. However, I recommend to read Manual because it is very understandable and easy to follow. To open the bottom oven you should use the whole door. There is no other way. You can open only upper oven separately by pushing the inner knob on the hanger of the door.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can't open the bottom part only, but you can have 2 different temperature simultaneously. In the handle you can open the top or all the oven. The divider is removable if you need the space to cook something big. So far I like very much this oven.
