Can the fan be turned off for baking pastry? null

The oven can be used as a traditional oven for baking or also convection oven. I hope this answers your question.

The oven has separate settings. If you wish to use convection or simply just bake you can pick either. There are buttons on the control panel that allow the user to pick: bake with convection roast with convection, bake (no convection), broil, slow cook, etc. so far, I’m loving this unit.
