Q: Questionwhat is the meaning for steam reheat ? is it in the oven or the stove top ? What is WS , is it stainless steel or not stainless steel the description in the comparison do not show stainless steel ?

• A:Answer The stove has a normal stainless steel finish. The steam reheat is a tray that you fill with water and place on a lower rack in the oven when reheating food. Seems kinda gimmicky so I haven't bothered to try that yet.

Q: QuestionWhat is the expected life of this range?

• A:Answer Mine lasted exactly 3 months to the day. At the time of writing this reply, 17 days have past, the range is not repaired, one contractor has said the range is not repairable, and Samsung opened a ticket with a new contractor for a second opinion. When I express to them this is costing me money via having to repeatedly taking time off work and eating out, Samsung just keeps telling me they “apologize for the inconveniences.”
