There are 2 vents for this range an inlet vent located in the handle areas and an outlet vent located under the oven control panel. The inlet vent in the handle area will not heat up, but the outlet vent will. Please ensure that the outlet vent is unobstructed. I have shared the user manual link below. • A:Answer This is a major problem for me as well. They are made of plastic on the inside and heat and grease spills deteriorate them. Whirlpool corporation makes them for different models. Call them. They are not cheap either!
