• i don't have the manual any longer but i remember it said something about sabbath mode and it had to do with Jewish cooking ? it didn't make sense since not everyone buying this Samsung range is Jewish but i guess its just an option.

The feature disables the energy saving function which would normally turn the oven off after a period of time.
