Ordered online having never seen in person. After buying several other Samsung appliances (microwave and refrigerator) that have withstood the test of time, we thought we'd give this range a try. Hard to find a high-quality 5-burner range for under $900, so when we saw this one on BB's website for $699, we jumped on it. Delivery was free, was brought into our upstairs kitchen and included box haul-away (we installed purselves to save a few bucks). So far, both my husband and I are very impressed. The range is very well-built, feels quite solid compared to other ranges in the $600- range which looked and felt quite flimsy in person. The Samsung feels heavy-duty and solid. Very pretty to look at as well! Features include both a low-power (simmer) burner and a high-power, rapid-boil burner which are quite useful. The oven door stays cool to the touch - and the window is impressively large, clear and well-lit. The digital display panel includes numerous quick-bake features such as pizza, chicken nuggets, and bread proof as well as a handy "keep warm" feature. LED is bright blue (same as our Samsung microwave) in case that is important to anyone. Not a single complaint after several weeks of use.... another fabulous product from Samsung!

Great self-cleaning gas range with five burners and griddle. Handy for pancakes and steaks. Large oven capacity is a plus for cooking more items at a time. Simmer burner is very useful. Storage drawer convenient.

This stove is a major upgrade from the one we had. Very good stove and oven for the price with a self cleaning oven feature. It cooks so nice and the big burner in the middle with the removable griddle is a great feature. It's easy to keep clean and the oven cooks great. Love having a timer and clock on the stove and finally a broiler in the oven! The reasons I didn't give this product 5 stars is because the buttons on the control panel are a bit hard to press and the circular burner tops scratch easily. It's not a huge eyesore with the scratches but it would be nice if they were made with a tougher coating. The grates can go in the dishwasher which is awesome. The installation was friendly and fast and super professional. I called Best Buy about two of the grates being badly scratched up as well as the griddle upon delivery and was very surprised when the agent asked for some numbers from the stove and confirmed my address and told me that new ones were being shipped and no need to return the damaged ones. Amazing customer service. So Best Buy for delivery and customer service is a solid 5 stars. Would definitely recommend this stove. Have had for a little over a month.

The different burner sizes is the best feature of this range. Or maybe it's the griddle. The large burners heat up a big pot of water in no time. The small burners slowly simmer small pots of rice very well. You can get that flame down super low. Cleaning is a breeze. The burners are easily removable so you can clean under. The griddle is a great feature. So far I've only cooked bacon and eggs on it. But don't damage it like I did. Long story. It will set you back $100 to replace it. There are a ton of programmable features that I know nothing about, I'm sure they're great though There are only two drawbacks. 1. There is not a lot of storage underneath for pan lids. I did know that going in and decided that it was a worthwhile sacrifice because of the price 2. It's much lighter than my last oven. I hope it stands the test of time.

This is a beautiful stovetop and oven with its 5th center burner and stainless steel design, I love love love it. Self cleaning!!! Need I say more.

I have only used this for 2 weeks so the review is based on that. First let me say there is NO stainless steel on this, it is just white. I like the way it looks....except for the side that shows because of where it happens to be in my kitchen. It is a matter of taste but I would prefer if it had a plain side. This one has raised rounded borders around 2 sunken panels. This does not add to its looks and I suppose I will get used to it. I have tried all the burners and they work as promised. The center oval burner grill worked fine with eggs, that is all I have used it for so far. The most powerful one really heats up water fast. The oven seems to run a little under temperature but it may be my thermometer that is off. I will be checking both. If it is off there is a way to adjust it according to the literature that came with it. All in all it has met my expectations.

I could not ask for anything more in a range. It is reasonably priced and has so many features. I did not think I would use the 5th burner...the one with the griddle, but I have used it a lot and I find so many other uses for it aside from just the griddle...i.e. large kettles. It is a wonderful range that I high recommend!!

I've have owned many ranges in my life and this one tops them all. IT looks great. and cooks great. I especially like the oval shaped 5th burner in the center. It makes for more even cooking on the griddle. Has extra large oven space. Top Oven broiler is very convenient. Clean up is a breeze. Also has oven warmer to keep cooked food warm. Wonderful range for the money.

We love our Samsung gas stove, looks and works just as well as any other more pricey high-end range. Everyone that comes to our house compliments the stove. It works well and cleans up easily without much fuss.

Absolutely love this gas range. 5 burner with griddle and self cleaning oven....WOW. Delayed Start is a nice feature. Can't praise it enough. Makes cooking fun.

This stove is great. The 4 different size burners Are excellent. I love that it has an oval burner and comes with a griddle. I use the griddle the most.

Stove works amazing, I love the different power levels on the burners and I absolutely love the middle burner with the flat pan.

We just got our stove delivered today and I love it. I love the look and all the features. I'm so glad to have a working oven again! We went 2 weeks without an oven when our old stove died. I can't wait to use it more. I'll update my review after a couple of months. So far my food is coming out perfect! Couldn't be happier! Thanks Best Buy for the amazing price and the delivery guys were excellent!
