The gas connection on the NX58F5500SS is located on the lower left side when facing the front of the Range. Samsung recommends the gas pipe stub and shut off valve be installed within a 17" (w) x 9" (h) area that extends 7" up the lower left wall behind the Range and within 2" of the wall if on the floor. The actual fitting on the back of the Range is located approximately 6" above the floor and 8" in from the left side of the Range.
