If the control panel shows the time only and the door is locked touch the bottom right on the control panel and the control lock will light up-press and hold the words for about 3 seconds and the entire screen will light up. take finger off and in a few seconds the flashing lock will disappear and the door will be open

Please try again later.The oven door is designed to lock automatically during a self clean cycle, and should unlock itself when the oven cools sufficiently and the self clean cycle has either completed or is cancelled. The user manual can be downloaded as a pdf file for easy reference from Samsung's website.
