A:AnswerYes-on the left side, the knob closest to the control panel has an icon with a little light on it. Turn the knob to the right to the “on” position.
A:AnswerNot very. The main material of construction is probably simple steel with some non-stick material on the top. The underside appears to have a large aluminum disk to help distribute the heat. It's definitely not heavy cast iron like the cooking grates are. It does have some built in moldings that fit the cooking grates well and allow the griddle to be firmly in place when using it.
A:AnswerGreat question Adamsr0522! While this range is considered a slide-in, the sides do have plated sides that would not need to be covered by cabinets. ^Jecca
A:AnswerIt doesn't come with individual burner grates, and they are a bit heavy considering you have arthritis. But I will say it's very easy to clean. A simple one-sided lift and a wet wipe quickly removes any residue from cooking.
A:AnswerThose are some great questions RanitaB!

A:Answermy counter is 36 3/8 tall. The installer had to adjust the height of the stove up a bit with the adjustable feet on the bottom.
I like that the stove has a lip to go over the counter to keep the area between the stove and cabinet clean.
It's a great stove! You should be fine with the Height!
A:AnswerYes! I love that function. You have to touch below the text on the display screen though. At first I thought it was not an option because I was touching directly on the text, but again you have to touch below the text to choose between bake (gas only) and convection bake (fan and gas)
