“The temperature probe of my stove does not work -- 3rd service call on its way what is wrong with samsung? We bought the range and tried to cook a roast to an internal temperature based on the stove's temperature probe, within a week. The probe said the meat was 150F from the refrigerator so we gave up and called Samsung. They sent us a new probe, no help. They sent a repair guy over (classic 1/2 day wasted) with zero parts. He agreed it did not work. He came back with a new board (almost full day wasted he was 3 hours late) -- it did not fix it . He called Samsung tech support - -they said resistance between 2 pins should be 11k and it was 19. This was true of BOTH boards. Samsung now insists we try another board before they will consider replacing stove . The repairman says yes it is also 19k and he does not expect it to work. So we are on our third repairman half day. Any ideas how to get this fixed, replaced, or refunded and we'll buy a different brand?”
