Thanks for your interest in Samsung's Gas Slide-in Ranges. These two models are very similar - both feature a 5.8 cubic foot True Convection oven, 5-burner cook tops with True Dual Power Burners and center griddle burners, and intuitive Guiding Light oven controls. The NE58F9710WS Chef Collection model is enhanced with premium Chef Collection design aesthetics, more BTUs to the Power Burner (19K vs. 18K), an upgraded gliding rack (compared to a split rack in the NX58H9500WS), and Chef Bake which helps to maintain an even more consistent oven temperature. - Ms. Samsung

There may be a slight difference in the oven shelving, but I'm not certain. I wasn't willing to pay the higher price for another 1,000 BTU (about $250 more) but when the nx58h9950ws went on sale and I bought it for about $50 more.
