“where is the knob for the 5th item on top which must be a warming ring?”

The fifth burner is located in the back center, is the warming center. You can turn the burner on/off by pressing the warming center button on the control panel. Thank you for choosing Samsung! ^Lena

There is no knob for the warming center. You turn it on and off on the digital display area. Same area where you press to turn on and off the ovens.

There isn’t a knob; it’s located on the left side of the keypad at the bottom (under Favorite Cook). Turn it on or off and select three temp levels by pushing Level (lo /med/ high).

Look at the Bottom left side on the control panel. You should see a warming center on and off
