You can turn air off but only for the lower side.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. The lower oven you have a choice of “Bake”or “convection air bake”. Upper oven is only convection air bake. So if you remove the divider for larger oven size and want to use standard oven “bake”, you would use the settings from the lower oven to control temperature. But there is plenty of room in lower oven for BIG cheesecake without needing to remove divider. I’ve only had it for about a month but I am very happy so far. I baked peach pies one convection baked (for shorter time), other was standard oven bake in lower oven. Both were perfect.
