• Yes - it goes on when you open the door. If you want it to stay on, you need to press the oven light on the control panel

• Great question! Yes, the oven light automatically turns on when the door is open and turns off when it is closed. But I have good news too! You can manually turn the light on and off by pressing the "Lamp" button. Pages 27 and 28 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3pirqBl) can show you where this button is located on the control panel. ^Jecca
