Perhaps the electrical cord is tucked underneath the stove and not allowing the drawer to ouch in all the way.

The problem was when the unit was pushed back towards the wall, the wire for the stove did not completely go beneath the oven in the "VOID" area beneath the storage drawer. By son and I pulled the unit out from the wall to expose the thick electrical wire. When we pushed the unit towards the wall, we held the electrical wire so it would not extend beneath the unit. Instead it was up against the wall between the wall and the back of the stove.
