Hello Misty. The Samsung NE59M4310SS Range does not include the power cord. You will need a 240 V. 4-Wire Cord or 3-Wire Cord (UL Approved 40 or 50 AMP). ^Joan

You can add the cord to your appliance purchase as most stores carry it or you can buy it separately in a different store. For oven/range, be aware that the cord comes either in a 3-prong or 4-prong format. Make sure you buy the one that will fit your electrical outlet. The installer will connect the cord to the internal terminals in the oven.
