how high can the oven be heated? null

The oven temperature range is 175-550. However, when you set the temperature the ACTUAL temp varies by up to 100 degrees. I've set the temperature on the stove to cook a pizza at 450 and at one point after it was done pre-heating the temp dropped to almost 350 while the oven still showed 450.
