For 1080p TVs, Samsung Motion Rate is the real refresh rate. For 4k TVs, Samsung Motion Rate is twice the real refresh rate. Therefore, in this case, since it is a 1080p TV, IF the Motion Rate 120 is indeed correct, the real refresh rate should be 120Hz.
