QuestionAdobe Flash PlayerNeed Adobe Flash Player to view a certain website; tried to install it but got a message saying "Sony Adobe Flash Player is not available for your device". Is there another option or does this mean I cannot use this TV to brose that site? I have Samsung UN40JU7100.

- Answer The TV hardware sadly does not support Adobe Flash. Wish Samsung was more up front about that.

QuestionHaul away old/set up new?After hauling away old tv and replacing this tv on our stand, will the installer hook everything up ( such as cable box, sound box, and PS3)??? We are not handy in our house! I understand there is a fee for hauling away & that's fine by us.

- Answer Don't worry about it...I read Samsung panels can be inferior to outsourced ones.....those companys that make panels for Samsung like the business they are getting...and may be more motivated in terms of quality control than Samsung themselves.I bought one with an outsourced panel...50 inch JU7100..the panel is gorgeous.....no guarantee a Samsung panel will be better.........

- Answer The faster the speed, the less opportunity for dropouts or buffering. We don't have a specific speed range, as each App may require more or less bandwidth. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr. S
