“Source option greys out after 2 days, trouble shooting helps when I unplug the device and plug it back on, is this normal to see a greyed out menu bar when I search for Source? I can see the options under Home button, but when I look for Source, greyed!”

when it grays out that means its not available...or you have not activated another feature to add this on or the model you bought does not have this feature..or your tv is going out or defective...
