QuestionI just purchased this TV and it is way too dark in dark scenes. I cannot even make out what is happening. I have searched how to fix and it seems to be something related to HDR but there doesn't seem to be any way to adjust this. How can I fix this?

- Answer Hi JRJR - I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with your TV. First recommendation would be to make sure your TV has the latest firmware. Menu - Support. Also, have you changed the Picture settings. You have Dynamic, Standard, Natural and Movie Mode choices. If you haven't tried these, see if they work for you. QuestionDoes this tv have blue light adjustment feature. If not, which of your TVs has this feature in a 45” to 55” screen (preferably). Blue light after dark messes up my sleep

- Answer Hi KarenInYulee - The television has Movie Mode and Natural Mode, both which lower the brightness to varying degrees. You could also go into the menu settings and change the contrast. Go to Menu - Settings - General - Accesibility - High Contrast, and make your adjustments. This should help. ^Cris

QuestionThe width of the 50" 7 Series 4k UHD TV is listed as 44". The cabinet in which we would install the TV is also 44"wide. Would this tight fit cause any problems?

QuestionConcerning SmartTV Model: UN50TU7000FXZA (Samsung - 50" 7 Series - 4K UHD TV - Smart - LED - w/HDR). We have a Wii & VCR+DVD combo player, both use the old RCA connecting wires (Red, Yellow, White). Can I hook-up both Wii & combo player to this TV?

- Answer Cryog, the TU7000 does not have any Composite inputs, so you would need to utilize two RCA to HDMI Converters to connect both devices to your TV simultaneously. Here is the converter you would need: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-rca-to-hdmi-converter-black/6134312.p?skuId=6134312. When stepping up to the TU8000, you will gain one composite input and would only need to utilize one RCA to HDMI converter with that model. The TU8000 also gives you 3 HDMI inputs as well as the Composite input, giving you more options for connecting eternal devices. - Answer Hello Elbeau - The motion rate also includes software interpolation to give you a smoother clearer image. The 50TU7000 is only 60hz, but does has 120 motion rate. ^Cris

- Answer I'm not sure the power output of the TV's USB port, since it's expected to power a USB storage device like a flash drive for showing pictures and videos or installing firmware updates manually. For a 4K streaming device like Roku Ultra or Chromecast Ultra, I'd suggest using the power supply it came with or a USB power supply that's rated high enough to power it.
