- Answer Hi Steve! Bluetooth devices connected to the TV need to have independent volume control to adjust volume as the remote will not control the Bluetooth audio. This is to allow for multi output audio, where Bluetooth devices can work in pair with the TV speakers. ^Tim

QuestionBest Buy advertized specs for the 700 say, at Compatibility, "Works with Amazon, Google Assistant". However the BB installers told me that it would not work with either. If they were incorrect, please explain. Thank you.

You will need to have a standalone voice assistant device and will be limited to commands such as changing channels, swapping input selections and launching partner apps.
