A:Answer We were able to get this working, along with WiFi, by installing an over the air antenna to the back of the TV. This antenna was also purchased at Best Buy (MoHu antenna with an amplifier). Then, using the remote, we went back into system setup, and we reset all channels, using the channel-scanning function. The TV then re-scanned all of the channels over the air, as well as the programs coming from the WiFi. This took about 10 minutes or so, but when it was finished, we had double or triple the channels and programs that we had before, all for free.
