Are the speakers in the front or the back of the TV? null

There are speaker grill openings on each side of the bottom of the TV frame just inside the legs. The actual speakers mainly produce treble frequencies. To make a slightly fuller sound, I set the TV's graphic equalizer (EXPERT SETTINGS in SOUND) as follows: 100 Hz = +5; 200 Hz = +5; 500 Hz = +5; 1 kHz = -5; 2 kHz = -10; 5 kHz = -10; 10 kHz = -10. You may prefer different settings. For actual good sound, you will need a sound-bar or home theater system.
