• The newer QN90B models explicitly have an ATSC 3.0 NextGen TV tuner. Some online reviews state that QN90A models include an ATSC 3.0/NextGen TV tuner, but Best Buy and Samsung appear to indicate otherwise (no mention in the online specs). If you're a US consumer, check the box of any QN90A model for the genuine NextGen TV (ATSC 3.0) logo. It might be that only the larger (55"/65"/85") QN90A models have ATSC 3.0 NextGen TV tuners, the available online documentation is ambiguous. If you plan to use a terrestrial TV antenna or might use one in the future, a NextGen TV tuner is important, since simultaneous legacy ATSC 1.0 broadcasts may be discontinued 5 years after ATSC 3.0 broadcasts are introduced (most US broadcast markets began the transition to ATSC 3.0 by 2023).
