“Which Model Samsung remote does this use? I bought open box and need a remote to get TV out of retail mode. Universal remote does not seem to work for this tv.”

• It came with a remote which is solar powered and I’m not sure where you would get one. Mine appears to have a serial number that goes with the tv.
