• Try the audio sync setting. It can go all the way up to 300 ms but I had to turn mine down to 125 ms and it matched up perfectly.

• Would recommend using fiber optic cable if available. I have always used one for all my sound bars and never had a problem with lag

• Try switching your HDMI to Digital Optical Audio Cable. Mine works great and sound great!
