“I just bought a UN55KS8000FXZA and an Xbox one S. When watching 4k movie or even watching TV through my cable box the image will randomly freeze. I also get digital pixle freeze - noise. What is the problem? Set up or bad TV?”

I think Tv b'coz I see same problem in my tv also I just brought tv 10 days before
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think it's the cable box per the same issues that I have had with other tv's. Actulally mine were dvr's but the same problems and I to exchange for new ones.
