“Looking to purchase this tv mainly for gaming. I own the "original" Xbox One and PS4. Will this tv still be great for these consoles even though they dont have HDR. Dont really feel like buying the PS4 Pro or Xbox One S.”

I have an Xbox one S and a PS4 PRO And let me tell you this IS THE TV FOR YOU. WHY you ask? I had to do tons of research because I needed a new 4k display. I have one but not HDR ready. Well I did some investigating and found out that a LOT of 4k TVs have HDR which makes the best picture BUT get this....when you activate HDR it disables game mode or latency mode for gaming! Can you believe that?! A thousand + dollars and you would possibly have an insane amount of input lag...absolutely dreadful if you play anyour online games at all. Well this tv got a firmware update that not only allows HDR but it can be ON while gaming with low latency mode! And for the price?! Unbelievable
