“I have a Comcast DVR setup but can't fast forward or fast backward with the Samsung remote controller. I've had to use the Comcast remote controller for that. Can anyone help me ?”

I have a TiVo and had to go through the manual set up for the remote to work. Not sure if it's the same thing but it may be worth a try. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have the Samsung partially working the DVR I would say that's the best your going to get, might look at a DIY custom remote like the harmony one. Maybe try the remote set up once more? Best of luck
