• I think we are the same distance from it because I have mine in my bedroom. I would say that it would be a good for you. I would recommend you put it on the wall, and if you want to play games on it, you may want to go a little further back (due to the motion sickness that I am experiencing lol).

• Best Buy will probably tell you it's fine. It is not. In my opinion you need 48" or preferably smaller.
