Upgraded from a 25 year old Panasonic television I am thrilled with the new Samsung the picture is perfect and it's easy to operate .

Not a first adopter, i liked that this state of the art TV works with the virtually same remote i have used for years.

I could not be happier with my purchase. Best picture in all aspects of my viewing!

I always thought Samsung TV's are the only one thing this company makes well. I was wrong... It's a great TV but as usual Samsung is cheaping out on components. After only 4 months the TV had dark section as shown in the picture and required repair. Even though the warranty is taking care of it I now have a repaired TV after 4 months. Definitely not something you'd expect from a TV at this price range. Should have invested in a better brand. Lesson learned.

I was originally gonna purchase the Samsung KU63000. After doing some research on this TV i discovered that this TV is actually has a 10 bit color depth instead of 8 bit like most people are saying, and also has a wide color gamut ( updated review on rtings website). So I went to Best Buy website and this tv was on sale for 749 which was a steal . The picture quality is amazing and games and Ultra 4k movies look great on my Xbox one S.

Our previous tv was a Samsung and we have been very happy with it through the years, So when we started looking to replace it, the only brand we were interested in was Samsung. They have excellent quality and affordable prices. We love our new Samsung with the new updates: smart tv, 4K, UHD! Easy to set up and easy to hang on the wall with it's sleek design.

Super high quality tv, clarity is unmatched. Color pops out of the tv...Samsung is the #1 TV for a reason and it definitely shows with this model..great easy to use onscreen menus and this tv is really really smart..the remote is small but efficient!! You can't go wrong with is Samsung...I would defiantly recommend

This TV was super easy to setup and use, the hardest insaltion task is to get the tv out of the box. Finally they gave use all a break making it very easy to program the remote and set up all the internet feature. And when you get it all set up the picture quality was amazing, Easy to set up and great to watch, I give them five stars ..

There are many things I like about this TV. o The setup was extremely easy and because I have a Samsung phone, connecting it to my Wi-Fi was effortless. This is by far the easiest Smart TV I've ever set up. o It delivers a very good picture (once the Backlighting is turned down). I haven't watched a 4K video yet so I can't comment on that aspect of the TV's performance but the cable and Blu-ray performance is outstanding. o The TV's remote control is able to adjust the volume on my home theater system and it can change my DVR/cable box's channels, pause, FF, TV Guide, etc., which is something I didn't expect but find very convenient. o The remote control also accepts voice commands to do a whole bunch of things on the TV, home theater and DVR that is, again, much more convenient than I expected. As an example, it makes going to a 3-digit cable channel easier by voice than punching it out on the DVR's remote control . o The TV's menu is easy to understand and use. I like the wide range of apps preloaded on the TV. Surfing the Internet or watching YouTube on the TV is easy. I've been very happy with this and other Samsung products. I recommend it to anyone wanting to step up from the cheaper class of TVs

I bought this specific model of Samsung TV because it was the size I wanted for my game room (not too large, not too small), supported 4K, wider color gamut, and HDR. If you feel you are a videophile, you probably don't need my review. If you are an average person, here's what you should expect: Samsung TVs, including this one, are generally good choices for gamers. What that specifically means is the TV refresh rate and input lag numbers are good, and shouldn't impact gaming negatively. Image quality-wise, if you are coming from a normal 4K, or HDTV, then this display should look good to you, with some caveats. It's lighting mechanism leads to a little light bleed at the edges, and not perfect blackness, but I consider it good (and I owned Panasonic plasmas in the past - the standard for a long time for blacks before OLED). The colors are quite nice, and the brightness, in keeping with supporting HDR, is good to my eye. The short version: as an all around TV, I'd call it a little above average with caveats. There are probably better choices if TV/movies is your primary use. As a gamer TV, it's a good choice that's not going to destroy the bank account and won't annoy you in gaming, so should be considered more strongly if that's going to be the main use. So if you're buying a TV for either a PS4 Pro, or the upcoming Xbox 1 Scorpio, and aren't shelling out for an LG OLED, or a larger/higher end Samsung, this will be a good option for you.

Love this TV. Easy set up. HDMI and optical outputs. Remote is simple and straightforward. I really enjoy the voice recognition in the remote and it works really well. The sound is quite good but have since upgrade with a Bose Solo 15 sound bar and I believe this combination is best answer for a single source audio.

I was seriously enamored with this TV, once I got it tuned correctly. This must be done to remove the "soap opera" effect. The picture was beautiful, the apps were all that I wanted, and everything seemed to work flawlessly. Fast forward to nearly 13 months later. Suddenly the tv developed a black line going vertically about 1/3 of the way from the right hand side. First it was a thin line, but a few hours later it was thicker. Within a week, it measured 1.5 inches wide. This is the third, very expensive Samsung product I have bought in the last few years, that has failed. A high end monitor, after about 15 months, an S6 and now this TV. I am pretty sure this will be the last Samsung branded item that I will ever allow to be purchased for my home or use. I will warn everyone who will listen to avoid the poor quality of all Samsung products. I have been burned by a 3rd item. Shame on me for giving them the opportunity. I should've bought an LG.

First time buying a larger tv, was wanting an LG but the store was out, (it came with an android tablet remote- which i was sad i didn't get) so we went with a Samsung who had the same specifications minus the fancy remote. We love it:) great picture and the remote does have a voice command option which is nice and fun to use. Its also nice to not have to have a PS4 to access our favorite tv apps like VUDU and Netflix! switching from our cable tv to movie apps is a breeze.

We wanted to purchase a 4K Ultra HD, Smart TV and looked at quite a few before we made the decision to purchase the Samsung. I researched quite a few TVs thru cosumer reviews and Consumer Reports. Although the Samsung was a little higher in price, we settled on purchasing the 55", UN5KU7000FXZA LED TV, after talking with the representatives at Best Buy regarding the quality, reliability, picture, etc. My husband was a little skeptical that the picture was going to be that much better than our previous 1080 Vizio, but after watching the Olympic's opening ceremony in Ultra HD he was absolutely amazed. We have been extremely happy with our purchase.

Beautiful tv. The stand is a lil iffy to me so I am thinking about mounting it to make me feel more at ease but its such a beautiful tv and I'm in love with the small little remote.

Got this Samsung UN55KU7000FXZA 4k TV on sale for a little over $500. Has a lot of great technology and is easy to use. Wished that it had a slightly better refresh rate speed considering it's advertised as 120 motionflow but really only has 60Hz native effective. You can adjust the settings to get a better motion rate which eliminates much of the digital blur or pixelation. It will have a pretty noticeable soap opera effect when you put it to auto 120 motionflow. Sound is really good. You can move through the apps easily since it has a quad core processor. In my opinion it's a really good television for the price all things considered. Probably one of the best midlevel 55inch 4k TV's on the market that you can get for less than $800.

We originally attempted to get the 6300 model, but the remote had a problem, so we returned it for this TV. This one worked great from the beginning, and pairs great with the Samsung sound bar. Its picture is great, and even the TV sound is not bad. It has quite a lot of options out of the box. Updating via download is a snap. It integrated easily with our Dish Network system and Blu-Ray player. The only (minor) issue is that getting to the play/pause menu is one extra click, so I usually just choose to use the Dish remote. All in all, great TV and great value!
