Great TV with great color and clarity. This was a great deal for this tv at this price. Glad I went with Samsung.

I upgraded my 55 inch Smart TV from a 55 inch Vizio Smart Ultra Smart 4K TV to a Samsung UN55KU7000FXZA LED Smart 4K Ultra HD TV with HDR: I was attempting to save $$$. The difference between the 2 products are night and day. The blacker blacks and brighter brights have striking crispness. The difference is night and day. This is the 2nd Samsung Smart TV I have purchased from Best Buy in the last year. Lesson learned. Don't go low end when purchasing a Smart TV

I am thrilled with my 55" Samsung 4K Ultra Hd T.V. Great for watching sports, streaming movies and blue ray.

For a TV this size (55") the image quality is very high, I didn't know how much clarity I was missing out on until I brought it home ~ 4k TV's are way more than what I ever expected!

This is an awesome TV - love all the added features, easy to navigate/set up and well worth the money.

Purchased this to replace an eight year old Samsung 50" plasma TV that was on it's last legs. Primary Pros: Excellent picture. The 4K material that is available is stunning! Three HDMI and two USB connections provide plenty of flexibility. Wi-Fi connection is stable and reliable. Primary Cons: SMART function is a bit sluggish. Sound is mediocre. Not a big thing as I use a Bose sound system, but could be annoying to those without a sound bar. All in all, a nice TV. Serves its function well as the primary TV in our house.

Great TV for a great price. This is a secondary tv and fills the bill. Can't go wrong with a Samsung TV

Very crisp picture! The colors & shapes jump off the screen. Love the remote also, very easy to use.

Great picture. Most 4K stuff we watch is on Netflix and it always looks really sharp with great color. The only issue we have run into in the six months we've had it is the smart tv aspect. The smart tv functionality is just a little buggy. Sometimes we can't click directly on the YouTube link. We have to click on a video shortcut otherwise it loads to a black screen. Same issue with Netflix. Over the TV is great though.

I like the tv picture look so real sound is greay and it was easy to work not real complicated

TV is very clear. Great color and the sound is good enough not to really require a soundbar.

The picture on this tv is amazing even when you use cable. Old programs even show up in hd. Being a smart tv you can go on YouTube and watch things on the tv. Sound is amazing even without the sound bar. The thin tv on the wall looks amazing too. Very happy with this item

My first stop for any electronics is always Best Buy. Travelling a minimum of three hours to the nearest Best Buy is required. I was not disappointed. Service and helpfulness was outstanding as usual. Decision made and very happy with the purchase. Cost was less than anticipated for a better model! The picture quality, sound and features exceeded expectations. Very satisfied with this latest purchase!

I did a great deal of research and this TV is a great bang for the buck...sharp picture, good features, simple remote.

I had been shopping for a tv for a while and found this tv for a great price as an open box item. It was in great condition, no scratches or anything, and had all the parts included. I guess the first owner just changed their mind which was a great deal for me. Setup was quick and I love the picture. I'm totally satisfied. I also like the fact that I can so easily cast things from my Galaxy Note 5.
